Little Black Pony Espresso was established in February 2016 in East Maitland in a little hole in the wall serving delicious speciality coffee. 

Since then, we have moved on to 1/28 Newton Street Broadmeadow which we now call our home offering more than just really great takeaway coffee. We now offer a wide selection of mouth watering toasties, salads, housemade baked goods and assorted catering.

Why are we called Little Black Pony Espresso and our logo is a poodle you ask? The name was discovered one night when we were having a family dinner and brainstorming
ideas for a name. As we were discussing, in came trotting our Little Black Pony, Winston. 

Winston is a well aged standard poodle who was apart of our life for 18 years. In his younger years you would find him prancing around like a pony but unfortunately since
has made his way to Puppy heaven. His days at the café have since passed however he will always be there in spirit or in our logo smack bang on the front of the store.
